A revised model text was adopted at the end of 2024. Accident insurance institutions have been bringing their respective versions into force in stages since 2025. Changes and employee thresholds therefore do not apply to every business at the same time. First check which version your responsible institution has published.

Does the revised regulation already apply to every business?
Not automatically. What matters is when it takes effect at the responsible accident insurance institution. Transitional arrangements must also be considered.
