Purpose of this website

praxly.de describes software for occupational safety and occupational medicine and addresses companies, occupational-health services and consultancies. The site exists to inform and to make contact possible; no contract is concluded through it. All statements about features, roles and workflows describe the current state of development and replace neither an occupational-health nor a safety assessment in an individual case.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect begins only once a specific infringement becomes known; if we become aware of one, we remove the content concerned without delay.

This website contains links to external third-party sites whose content we have no influence over. We cannot accept responsibility for that third-party content; the provider of the linked pages is always responsible for it.
