Hosting

This website and the platform are operated in Germany. Necessary cookies support operation. Analytics cookies from Google Analytics and PostHog are set only with your consent, which you can change at any time in the footer.

Contact and demo forms

If you use our forms, we process the data you enter to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR). The data is stored only for this purpose and only for as long as the enquiry requires. To keep automated submissions out, the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile; this transmits your IP address and technical browser characteristics to Cloudflare Germany GmbH (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). The email is sent via Resend, and your enquiry is also stored in our self-hosted CRM (crm.praxly.md).

Server log files

When you open this website, technically necessary access data is processed: the address requested, the time, the volume of data transferred, the referrer, the browser type and the operating system. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). This data is not combined with other sources.

Newsletter

We currently do not offer a newsletter on this website. Should that change, it will only be sent with explicit consent and every message will carry an unsubscribe option.

Retention

We store personal data only for as long as the respective purpose requires or statutory retention periods demand. Enquiries submitted through the forms are deleted once the matter is closed and no commercial or tax retention obligation applies.

Data processing agreement

The details of data processing under Art. 28 GDPR are provided as part of the contract. The relevant privacy processes are continuously refined as the product and operations evolve.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing. Competent supervisory authority: the responsible state data protection commissioner.
