Clarity for safer work and effective action.

Praxly keeps risks, health surveillance, training and inspections in one working view. HR follows fewer lists, professional decisions stay with qualified people, and service providers gain time for advice and care.

Praxly dashboard, sample view.

The risk is known. Yet the action still sits open.

Occupational safety often stalls between spreadsheets, email, clinical software and HR. Praxly brings that work into one view, assigns every action to a person and records its completion.

Open work stays visible until it is finished.

Every task has a name and a due date.

Inspections, risk assessments, health-surveillance triggers and safety-committee decisions go directly to the responsible person.

Due work is visible before it becomes urgent.

HR, management, occupational physicians, safety specialists and external partners see only what they need for the next step.

Evidence grows out of the work.

Decisions, deadlines, effectiveness checks and approvals stay with the case. Reports no longer need to be reconstructed afterwards.

Existing records remain the starting point.

Praxly imports existing lists, roles and clinical data, then organises them by owner and due date. The team can see what comes next.

More about the features
  1. 01

    Make existing knowledge usable

Employees, sites, activities and responsibilities are carried over. Nobody starts from zero or maintains the same information twice.

  2. 02

Route work to the right role

Hazards, health-surveillance triggers, training and inspection dates reach the right role with their deadline and professional context.

  3. 03

Close the action and prove it

Responsible people implement actions, verify their effect and already have the evidence where the work was completed.

Sample view: an AI suggestion inside the Praxly interface.

Less writing. Full professional control.

Praxly prepares invitations, follow-up tasks, minutes and reports from the documented working view. It removes routine work without automating accountability: the professional decision stays with people.

  • Due work is prepared as a concrete next step.
  • Reports come from completed work instead of a later search.
  • Occupational physicians, safety specialists and responsible people review and decide for themselves.

What changes for each role.

HR, management and professional teams work from the same record. Each person sees the work they can decide or complete.

HR

Fewer reminders and follow-ups: due health surveillance, training and actions are visible with ownership and status.

Management

Material risks, overdue actions and missing effectiveness checks appear in one view. Management does not need to search every case.

Occupational physicians

Health surveillance is fully prepared. More time remains for advice while medical information stays protected.

Safety specialists

Inspections and risk assessments turn into assigned actions whose effect is followed through to closure.

Workplace-safety consultants

Clients, appointments and actions stay in one working view from the on-site visit to the annual report.

Occupational-health services

Clients, health-surveillance triggers, appointments and evidence stay in one working view. Clinical and administrative teams spend less time chasing updates.

Built with the people who deliver occupational safety.

Praxly is shaped with occupational-health services, physicians, safety specialists and companies. Their measure is less chasing and more time for advice, care and prevention.

The next task is visible.

Praxly reduces operating work and puts open tasks first.

Routine work is prepared.

Invitations, minutes and reports grow out of the working view. Professional decisions stay with the responsible people.

Accountability stays traceable.

Roles, approvals and evidence stay traceable. Sensitive or medical details appear only to the people responsible for them.

Day-to-day work decides.

Occupational health and safety shape what Praxly simplifies and what deliberately remains in professional hands.

Answers about rollout, privacy and responsibility.

Read how rollout works, who gives professional approval and which information Praxly processes.

See all questions
  • How does Praxly map the occupational health and safety process?

An observation leads to an assessment, the assessment to a prioritised action, and the action to an effectiveness check. Ownership, due date and evidence stay connected. Professional judgement remains with the safety specialist, occupational physician and employer.

  • How does Praxly support occupational safety committee meetings?

The agenda, attendees and earlier decisions are ready before the meeting. Decisions become actions with owners and due dates that stay visible through to closure, turning the minutes into a working view rather than an archive. Whether a committee is required depends on applicable law.

  • Which duties does Praxly cover in practice?

Praxly turns risk assessments, training, health surveillance, incident reports and inspections into concrete actions with ownership, deadlines and evidence. The responsible professional roles continue to determine which duties apply to your organisation.

  • How long does the rollout take?

A typical guided rollout takes about three weeks. A first view appears earlier; reaching a usable workflow includes reviewing existing data, roles and one real case together. Bespoke data flows can change the timeline.

  • Where is my data stored?

Praxly is operated in Germany. The exact operating model, data processing agreement and relevant data flows are recorded before launch.

  • Does Praxly train AI models with our data?

No. Customer data is not used to train general AI models. Suggestions prepare work; approval and professional judgement remain with the responsible people.
