Product
Which duties does Praxly cover in practice?
Praxly turns risk assessments, training, health surveillance, incident reports and inspections into concrete actions with ownership, deadlines and evidence. The responsible professional roles continue to determine which duties apply to your organisation.
How does Praxly map the occupational health and safety process?
An observation leads to an assessment, the assessment to a prioritised action, and the action to an effectiveness check. Ownership, due date and evidence stay connected. Professional judgement remains with the safety specialist, occupational physician and employer.
How does Praxly support occupational safety committee meetings?
The agenda, attendees and earlier decisions are ready before the meeting. Decisions become actions with owners and due dates that stay visible through to closure, turning the minutes into a working view rather than an archive. Whether a committee is required depends on applicable law.
Does Praxly replace a clinical practice system?
No. Medical documentation remains in the appropriate clinical environment. Praxly connects the organisational health-surveillance need to HR, workplace safety, appointments and attendance evidence so handovers no longer need manual chasing.
Can Praxly cover external support?
Yes. Existing occupational physicians, safety specialists and consultancies can work in the same shared view. Alternatively, Praxly can be combined with services from the partner network. You decide what remains and what is added.
Does Praxly work on a smartphone?
Yes. Employees can complete incident reports, training and attendance confirmations on mobile. Detailed assessments and reports remain easier to review on desktop.
Which languages is Praxly available in?
The professional application starts in German and English. Further languages for employee communication and training are prioritised from concrete customer needs.
Rollout
How long does the rollout take?
A typical guided rollout takes about three weeks. A first view appears earlier; reaching a usable workflow includes reviewing existing data, roles and one real case together. Bespoke data flows can change the timeline.
Does my IT have to be involved?
An initial value review does not require a large IT project. For production sign-in, data import and privacy, we involve IT only as far as your existing systems require.
What happens to our existing Excel lists?
We review relevant fields together and ask you to confirm the mapping. Existing knowledge becomes the starting point, so nobody has to re-enter the same people, activities and sites.
Price & contract
How do you count employees?
The active employee list is the basis. Part-time staff, apprentices and external roles are clarified in the proposal so price and expected value remain understandable.
Are there fixed modules?
Praxly is configured around your workflow. Visible areas follow roles, data and the service model.
Are bespoke offers possible?
Yes. For multiple sites, many clients or bespoke data flows, we tailor scope and rollout to actual use. The proposal states what is included.
Privacy & AI
Where is my data stored?
Praxly is operated in Germany. The exact operating model, data processing agreement and relevant data flows are recorded before launch.
Does Praxly train AI models with our data?
No. Customer data is not used to train general AI models. Suggestions prepare work; approval and professional judgement remain with the responsible people.
Who has access to medical data?
Medical information remains with authorised occupational-health professionals. HR and managers see only organisational needs and evidence, such as whether health surveillance was offered or completed.
Do you offer a data processing agreement (DPA)?
Yes. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is provided during contracting. Roles, data flows and responsibilities are agreed before production use.
Audit & compliance
Do Praxly documents stand up to a BG audit?
Praxly keeps decisions, actions, deadlines, effectiveness checks and approvals traceable with the case. Your professional roles determine which records a specific audit requires during rollout; Praxly does not replace legal advice on individual cases.
Where do you stand on ISO 27001?
Praxly is in the ISO 27001 certification process. Relevant controls are documented and reviewed. Until certification is granted, we state the status without implying that a certificate already exists.
How is report versioning documented?
Changes to reports, risk assessments and approvals remain traceable. Responsible people can see what was prepared, professionally reviewed, changed and approved.
